Growing up in Miami Florida, Mr. Garcia decided to pursue a culinary career, Mr, Garcia start cooking since he was 15 years old in 2005 working for American restaurant for 14 years in a row, he decided to bring the best American food to our restaurant, he likes the culture and evolution of the culinary industry, he likes to create and combine new exquisite dishes to bring them to our palates, He attended the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute in Miami  where he was determined to learn all the techniques he could to be able to provide us with a unique experience.
